INSULATION
PLASTER ST-200
ST-200 Insulation Plaster is a high-performance thermal insulation plaster with a specially developed modified polymer binder system and expanded glass microsphere fillers. The micro glass beads and low thermal conductivity mineral fillers in its formulation provide both thermal and acoustic insulation properties.

-
Interior and exterior insulation applications,
-
Mineral surfaces such as concrete, reinforced concrete, brick, pumice block, and aerated concrete,
-
Panel-coated surfaces such as plasterboard, cement board, and OSB,
-
Restoration works — thermal insulation of old and historical buildings,
-
Insulation of thermal bridges and surfaces with high energy loss,
-
As a thermal insulation layer before paint, plaster, or coating applications.
Application Area

-
Thermal insulation: Provides high heat insulation performance thanks to expanded glass microsphere fillers.
-
Sound insulation: Porous microstructure reduces sound transmission.
-
High adhesion: Polymer additives ensure strong bonding to all mineral surfaces.
-
Crack resistance: Elastic binder system withstands thermal expansion and contraction.
-
Breathable: Maintains moisture balance within the structure and prevents dampness.
-
Lightweight: Lower density compared to traditional plasters, does not add extra load to the surface.
-
Easy to apply: Can be smoothly applied by machine or trowel.
