Application & Mixing Instructions
Preparation
- Substrate must be clean, sound and free of dust or loose material
- Wet substrate thoroughly before application (but avoid puddling)
- Prime absorbent surfaces with bonding agent where required
- Protect adjacent surfaces from splashes
Mixing
- Mix ratio: 6 liters clean water to 10 kg powder
- Add powder to water (not water to powder)
- Mix for 3-5 minutes to achieve uniform consistency
- Do not remix after initial set has begun
- Use potable water at 15-25°C for optimal results
Application
- Apply 10-15 mm thickness in single coat
- Use mechanical spray or hand trowel application
- Work quickly before initial set (20-90 min depending on conditions)
- Achieve uniform surface finish with final troweling
- Allow 90-180 minutes final cure before finishing
- Do not apply below 5°C or in direct sun exposure
Storage & Shelf Life
Storage Conditions
- Store in dry location
- Protect from moisture and humidity
- Keep bags sealed and stacked properly
- Ideal storage: 15-25°C
- Avoid direct contact with ground
Shelf Life
12 months under proper storage conditions. Check product date before use. Store unopened bags in original sealed packaging.
