Sun Lite’s production facilities operate fully automated dry and liquid production systems, designed for precision, consistency and efficiency. The dry-mix lines are equipped with high-capacity mixers, weighing units and automatic filling systems that ensure uniform formulation and controlled batching for all gypsum and mortar-based products.
The liquid chemical production area includes stainless-steel mixing reactors with automated agitation, dosing and temperature control — enabling the production of advanced admixtures and polymer-based construction chemicals with laboratory-level accuracy.
Every production stage — from raw-material feeding to final packaging — is digitally monitored through an integrated control system, ensuring stable product quality, minimal material loss and full traceability of each batch.
